Erica Johnson, MS, RN, CPN, CNEcl is a school nurse at the Rales Health Center. Erica graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and began her career at the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center in Baltimore, Maryland. At Hopkins, she worked on the infant and toddler medical-surgical unit as a pediatric nurse for 13½ years. Once identifying her love for teaching, Erica expanded her career into the area of clinical nursing education and obtained her Master’s degree in Nursing from Towson University. She has nine years of nursing education experience as a pediatrics nursing clinical instructor for multiple universities including Towson University, University of Maryland-Baltimore and Johns Hopkins University. Erica is the newest member of the Rales Health Center team and is excited to provide health care and education for the KIPP students, families and surrounding community.
