Lily Mendelson, BSN, RN is a school nurse at the Rales Health Center. A native Baltimorean, she graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and minors in Spanish and Latin American Studies. Lily served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Dominican Republic, working with local youth on literacy and reproductive health initiatives. She then worked at the Latin American Youth Center in Washington, DC, with the Young Parents Program and the DC Prevention Center. Lily graduated from the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). She worked as a nurse at the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center caring for pediatric patients on the school-age and burn inpatient unit. Lily joined the Rales Health Center team in 2018 and is thrilled to continue serving the city’s young people and families through clinical care, education, and outreach.
