On Tuesday June 7th Chef Dupree Bramwell, Executive Chef at the BWI Airport Marriott Hotel led the third and final cooking KIPP parent cooking demonstration of the school year. Chef Bramwell demonstrated how to make healthy, nut free snacks for students using ingredients that our families have access to, including crunchy kale chips and homemade granola.
Following the demonstration and taste testing, Chef Bramwell and Chef Terry Williams, Sous Chef at the BWI Marriott answered questions about their training and experiences as chefs, ways to make healthy foods on a budget, and even their perspective on the best way to make scrambled and hard boiled eggs!
